Shipping

Orders leave the shop within 7–10 business days. UPS Ground to the lower 48 usually takes 2–5 days after that. You will get a confirmation email with tracking when the box is scanned.

Shipping is included to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We ship UPS or USPS.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Armed Forces addresses. For anywhere else, use the Contact page.

When your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with tracking. Give the number up to 24 hours to become active.

We cannot cover an address entered incorrectly at checkout, carrier delay, or a package marked delivered and then lost. If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will work with the carrier.

If the carton arrives crushed or the board is split, photograph the box and the board before you discard the packaging. Email the photos and your order number to support@onboardcuttingboard.com. We will work the claim with the carrier.
