Returns

You may return an unused board within 30 days of delivery if it is in original condition and is not a custom or engraved piece. Use the Contact page and include your order number, the reason, and photos if that helps.

You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the board arrived damaged. Please write us before you ship it back.

If we approve the return, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the board.

We replace a board that arrives defective or damaged. Send a short description and photos.

Warranty

We warrant boards free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. If a board arrives defective or below our standard, we will repair or replace it. This does not cover misuse, neglect, natural wood variation, or normal wear.

Natural color and grain — including sapwood streaks in walnut — are not defects. Warranty covers construction problems that make the board unusable: splits, failed joints, or warping from how it was made. It does not cover dishwasher use, standing water, or normal knife marks.
